2. Repair Services
All repair diagnostics are based on visible and testable conditions at the time of service. Additional issues may be discovered during repair; you will be contacted for approval before any extra charges are applied.
We are not responsible for data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up their devices before service.
3. Refurbished Device Sales
Refurbished devices are pre‑owned products that have been tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. Cosmetic condition may vary and is described at the time of purchase.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
4. Warranty
Repairs and refurbished devices may include a limited warranty covering defects in parts or workmanship only. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase or service. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
6. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from pre‑existing issues, third‑party repairs, or customer‑provided parts.
In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Repair services are non‑refundable.
Refurbished devices may be eligible for return only if stated in the product listing and must be returned in original condition.
8. Device Abandonment
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold to recover costs.
9. Privacy
Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and service records. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
