Shipping Policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If your package is lost in transit, notify us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.
